Mills Construction is hiring a Construction Superintendent to lead commercial projects in the Brookings area (within 75 miles). This is a hands-on role—you’ll lead crews, coordinate subcontractors, and help drive work forward on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day construction operations
• Lead field crews
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Maintain project schedules and quality standards
• Enforce jobsite safety
• Work alongside crews when needed

Requirements:

• 6+ years of construction experience
• 3+ years supervisory experience
• Experience with commercial, wood, and steel construction
• Ability to read plans and manage jobsite operations
