Mills Construction Inc. is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager / Estimator to lead commercial vertical building projects from preconstruction through closeout. What You’ll Do

  • Lead projects from estimating through final closeout
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost estimates and takeoffs
  • Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and cost tracking
  • Coordinate with superintendents on labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Oversee project documentation including RFIs, RFP’s, AI’s, CO’s submittals, invoices, lien releases, and App for payments
  • Lead project meetings and keep teams aligned and moving forward

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or related field)
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing and estimating commercial vertical construction projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and estimating/project management software
    (Currently using Sage Estimating; transitioning to Trimble which uses Spectrum for accounting and ProjectSight for project management.)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
